As we finished our last 12 weeks of the 2019-2020 School Year, educators, students, and parents have all been on a different course to navigating the new normal. 9 elements make up digital citizenship. They are digital access, commerce, communication, literacy, etiquette, law, rights and responsibilities, health and wellness, and security.
We have heard about Digital Citizenship and what it means to be a responsible digital citizen, but it wasn't until we were all home distance learning that we needed to be fully aware of what it means to be a digital citizen.
Every Monday throughout the summer I will write about one aspect of what makes up a good digital citizen. When we come back to school, we will all know the terms and be ready to tackle learning whether it be in a Zoom or in a Room!
